In connection with the active development of the company, we are looking for a Manager CNC Team Lead for our production. Responsibilities: Organization of the work of the milling department (from the selection of equipment to the construction of maintenance processes); Selection of new equipment, modernization of existing equipment, selection of tools and selection of materials; Manufacturing of parts on a milling machine with CNC (requires existing practical experience, but in fact these are not direct work duties); Organization of material accounting at the site; Organization and control of the work of milling machines at two locations; Ensuring high-quality completed orders; Providing the site with control and measuring tools. And the implementation of processes with their use; Organization of maintenance of CNC milling machines; Compliance with safety standards Requirements: Experience working on milling machines of various modifications (from 2 years); Experience in creating CNC machines Experience milling polymer materials is mandatory. (Polyacytal, HDPE, PE, kaprolon) Secondary technical education; Reading of technical documentation; Ability to work with a universal measuring tool; Knowledge of fits, tolerances, qualities; Experienced user of any CAD and CAM system. Understanding of methods of installation, fastening and verification of complex details and methods of determining cutting modes; Ability to create a control program based on a 3D model, correctly place the tool and set appropriate cutting modes.
