Head of the charity fund in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies using the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch the next big everything and win in global markets. In 2022, another mission was added to the mission to build Ukrainian food companies—to bring victory closer. For this purpose, we are developing our own charity fund SKELAR foundation. In a year and a half of work, we have already helped more than 3,800 Ukrainian soldiers — relatives and friends of the people of Skelariv. From the receipt of the application for assistance to the dispatch to the front, less than a week passes. As part of the charitable initiative, educational hubs were opened from the takmed zGO "KoLeSo", 26,000 people underwent detraining. military, medics, and civilians. The "Come Back Alive" initiatives and other partner companies have launched an educational project for the military "Captains' Training", which has become the most powerful initiative from an IT company that is approaching victory, a version of the DOU Award. To implement this challenge and scale up the CSR direction in SKELAR, we are looking for a Head of the SKELAR foundation charity fund. What is important for us, or our candidate: Understands the choice, comparable buyers of military goods (optics, communications, drones, defense ammunition, cars); Knew how to search for and receive the best price offers from suppliers in Ukraine by bank transfer; Systematically worked with a large volume of data and information; Partnered with large funds to launch large-scale projects; Covered the work and results of the CSR area and organized fundraising events within the company. Communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation. What challenges await: Working with requests from the military and monitoring their implementation; Management of procurement process improvement; Formation and expansion of the supplier base; Ensuring effective communication and teamwork among departments; Launching of large-scale initiatives of tayvents; Systematic organization of reviews from the military (videos and photos, thanks, etc.). Work with documents to help the military (processing of requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance and Transfer from the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, accounting documents).
