• 2 years of experience in program, project and team management, preferably in the charity sector.
• Ability to work with various groups of contractors, including local communities, government organizations and international partners.
• Experience of successfully implemented social projects.
• Experience of managing teams, ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Ability to analyze information and find solutions.
• Willingness to quickly adapt to changes and solve problems.
• Experience with budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• administrative work.
• negotiations with state institutions and public organizations, work with media and information networks.
• planning, launch, control and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
• writing and submitting applications for receiving grants.
• developing strategic areas of the fund's activities and launching new projects in accordance with its mission and the fund's goals.
• li>finding and establishing cooperation with key partners and investors including local communities, governmental and non-governmental organizations.
• effective allocation of resources, including human, financial and material resources.
