TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. > management of the team of the relevant sector of the Department of Innovative Financing and Programming of Cash Transfers of the TCHHU, planning, development, control over the implementation of programs, promotion of the quality and accountability of cash programs.
Responsibilities: p>
- Support the implementation of the 2023-2025 Unified Plan of the TCHU.
- Manage cash and voucher projects, including (but not limited to) reporting on defined project indicators, documenting and providing to the head the department all the necessary information, in accordance with the agreed reporting procedures for the project, etc.
- Get involved in the cooperation and coordination of other activities of monetary programs; and also take an active part in supporting the internal and external coordination of the relevant sector.
- Coordinate activities in close cooperation with other departments of the TCHU, technical coordinators and partners of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and disseminate best practices for the implementation of monetary programs.
- Responsible for the implementation of monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the current 2023-2025 Unified Plan of the TCC, as well as to control monitoring activities and reporting on projects at the level of the National Committee and regional organizations of the TCC.
- li>Review and update the relevant components of the TCM cash programs (response plans, strategies, etc.) and development of donor proposals, as needed.
- Develop and promote consistent approaches, guidelines and tools for the cash transfer programs, including permanent standard operating procedures procedures of TCHU and partners regarding the programming of cash assistance.
- Support the organization and administration of capacity-building and operational readiness of T staffCHHUs involved in cash and voucher programs at the level of the National Committee, regional organizations of CHHUs with the direct support of the department team and partners of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
- In cooperation with relevant stakeholders, assess organizational opportunities for programming and develop an action plan to strengthen them based on an assessment of capacity gaps and staff needs of the National Committee and regional organizations of the TCHU to strengthen the ability to effectively implement quality and accountable cash and voucher programs.
- Develop, organize and conduct training and educational trainings for employees of the National Committee department and teams of regional organizations of the TCHHU in the context of cash and voucher programming, as well as related necessary areas of activity necessary for the implementation of the department's projects.
- Other tasks determined by the management of the TCHU and the head of the department as priority.
Requirements:
- Complete higher education in the relevant field of study (Master's or Doctor of Philosophy), preferably in the field of finance, administration, international economic relations.
- Understanding, knowledge and application of the principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in their professional activities.
- Understanding the humanitarian context and social needs in Ukraine.
- Two years of professional experience in the field of cash and voucher assistance in a non-governmental organization, international organization or social sector.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office, including MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with Kobo Toolbox or alternative software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, prioritize work, facilitate close collaboration and information sharing.
- Ability to remain calm and professionalism when working under pressure to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with representatives of other departments and units of TCHHU.
- Excellent knowledge of the state (Ukrainian) language and strong verbal skills and written communication skills in English (not lower than upper-intermediate), as the position requires close cooperation with international partners, donors and a wide range of stakeholders.
