Due to the growth of the number of clients, their operations,we are inviting a management manager to join our team. We are a Ukrainian bank with a 27-year history that successfully follows the latest trends in customer service and is constantly developing in this direction.

Role: to provide high-quality customer service (salaried, SME, retail and digital) and active participation in attracting customers.

• ensuring the implementation of sales plans for specific products
• forming business requirements for optimization/modification of products, processes
• working with the client base, identifying customers inclined to purchase additional bank products and ensuring cross-sale
• conducting negotiations, preparing and signing contracts, coordinating their implementation
• carrying out measures aimed at organizing the work of selling products and services in front offices.

Requirements for the candidate

Knows:

• the theory and practice of banking operations
• activities of the Bank's front offices in terms of working with clients
• current legislation on banking activities
• sales skills
• communication skills
