Requirements: experience of working as a manager, leading business analysts/system analysts/project analysts (website, mobile application, ERP system) from 1 year; experience of team management from analysis to implementation and launch of large-scale projects; ability to identify needs of the business customer, formulate the concept of the adopted decision, formulate requirements for the future product and the ability to distribute tasks among employees who will be responsible for further implementation; experience with Jira, Confluence; experience with tools for BP modeling (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.); management skills, system thinking, teamwork, customer orientation. Responsibilities: managing a team of business analysts who perform the role of analyzing the needs of the internal customer to testing and presenting the results to the customer; adaptation of new employees, team motivation, providing feedback communication with employees; continuous improvement of the professional level of employees; standardization and description of internal processes; participation in the Company's projects.
