Head of the Business Analysis Department in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU) announces a competition for the position of Head of the Business Analysis Department.

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to emergency situations and provides assistance to those who need it most.

Purpose of the position:We invite a professional with experience in implementing ERP systems to join our team. effective digital infrastructure to help people in need. Your knowledge and experience will be key in shaping the digital future of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

Main duties:

• Analyze, review and optimize the existing business processes of the Society with the aim of their unification, improvement of efficiency and compliance with strategic goals.
• Initiate and implement automated and digital solutions to optimize business processes and reduce manual operations.
• Ensure timely and high-quality performance of tasks and goals assigned to the Department, monitor team performance.
• Notify Department employees of assigned tasks, allocate functional duties, areas of responsibility and control their implementation. Determine the priority, sequence and deadlines for tasks, taking into account resources, risks and business priorities. Form, agree and control goals, tasks and expected results within projects and initiatives. Ensure maintenance and relevance of technical and project documentation, control the preparation of instructions and methodological materials by the team within the framework of project launch and support.
• Initiate and implement changes in project and work processes in agreement with the head of the Digital Transformation Department.
• Organize and conduct meetings, work meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Support projects at the pilot launch stage, as well as post-project support with the aim of stabilizing solutions and achieving the planned effect.
• Organize and coordinate education, training and consultations for employees of the Company's divisions regarding the use of digital solutions and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with information security, confidentiality and personal data protection requirements in accordance with internal policies and current legislation.
• Interact with others divisions, contractors and partners within the scope of implementation of digital and transformational projects.
• Analyze the results of implemented solutions, prepare proposals for their further development and increase efficiency.

Requirements for candidatesata:

• Higher education (IT, technical/economic or finance).
• Work experience in the field of business analysis / digital transformations / IT projects for at least 3 years.
• Experience of participating in the implementation of information systems (ERP, CRM).
• Experience in team management or functional leadership (BA) will be an advantage.
• Understanding the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management, the principles and approaches of the Agile methodology.
• Experience with business and technical documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
• The level of English language proficiency is Intermediate.
• The basics of building business processes of the organization and project management.
• Principles of teamwork, time management and task prioritization.
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
• Attention to details, analytical thinking, responsibility.
