Requirements:

• work experience as a manager, lead business analysts/system analysts/project analysts (website, mobile application, ERP system) from 1 year;
• experience of team management from analysis to implementation and launch of large-scale projects;
• ability to identify the needs of the business customer, formulate the concept of the accepted decisions, form requirements for the future product and the ability to distribute tasks among employees who will be responsible for further implementation;

• experience with Jira, Confluence;

• experience with PSU modeling tools (Draw.io, Bizagi, < /span>Visio and others);

• management skills, system thinking, teamwork, customer orientation.

Responsibilities:

• management of a team of business analysts who perform the role from analyzing the needs of the internal customer to testing and presenting the results to the customer;
• adaptation of new employees, team motivation, providing feedback to employees;
• continuous improvement of the professional level of employees;
• standardization and description of internal processes;
• participation in the Company's projects.
