• Ensuring the food process at all distribution warehouses and support offices;
• Organizational work with orders from suppliers;
• Direction of work with the assortment, availability, updating;
• Working with pricing;
• Ensuring effective management of the food sector;
• Assessment of work efficiency;
• Optimization and regulation of business -processes;
• Formation of budgets, planning;
• Analysis of indicators (sales, expenses).
