We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

Description Positions:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the oversight, planning, implementation and tracking of projects within our military community. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management skills, the ability to take initiative and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have experience managing complex projects.

Main areas of responsibility and tasks:

  •   Plan and develop project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  •   Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  •   Ensure that all projects are implemented on time, in scope and within the budget. 
  •  Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  •  Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques. 
  •  Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methods.
  •  Report issues to management and escalate them as necessary.
  •  Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders parties.
  • Carry out risk management to minimize project risks. 
  •  Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers.
  •  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English. 
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations. 
  •  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative. 
  •  Experience managing stakeholders and working with diverse teams.
