Requirements for our candidate:

• Higher education (specialization in statistics and/ or epidemiology and/or public health and/or training in a field epidemiology program will be an advantage).
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics in the health care sector. >Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level and above, the ability to conduct oral and written communication in English.
• Use of statistical data processing tools, knowledge of statistical programming tools (SPSS, R, Stata, SAS, etc.) and the Power BI tool will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• Coordinating the work of the analytics sector in terms of data analysis.
• Coordinating the preparation and submission of international reporting in the field of public health (in particular, regarding HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, influenza, etc.).
• Coordinating the preparation and submission of international reporting within the framework of material and technical assistance projects implemented by the Center.
• Coordinating and conducting a national assessment of the costs of combating the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Ukraine.
• Coordination and preparation of analytical materials and information panels on infectious and non-infectious diseases and other public health indicators.
• Organization, improvement of the system of collection, processing and analysis of statistical data on public health issues health and countermeasures against socially dangerous diseases.
• Organization of the data quality assessment system in information systems in the field of socially significant diseases.
• Development of the national monitoring and evaluation system at the national and regional level levels
• Implementation and organization of monitoring and evaluation of public health indicators at the national level.
• Development of technical specifications for finalizing information systems in accordance with the requirements of national and international reporting.
