We invite the Head of the Analytics Department (Reporting Department) to our team.< /p>

What will you do:

• Manage the reporting department, processes, workloads, tasks and their distribution among employees of the department.
• Budgeting, forecasting, monitoring deviations in the implementation of planned and budget indicators, analyzing their causes, prepare relevant conclusions and comments.
• Plan the development of direction regarding strategy and tactics and the main goals of work with the analysis of the B2C client base and related tasks, budgets, financial and marketing indicators.
• Analyze the dynamics of the behavior of the subscriber base, identify patterns and trends.
• Analyze the profitability and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, targeted sales channels, tariffs, services, etc.
• Participate in the development of business cases for launch or strengthen initiatives aimed at attracting, developing and retaining customers.
• Prepare regular and one-time reports and analytical presentations.
• Make suggestions for improving reporting, its display and automation.

• Higher specialized education.
• Experience in the position of an analyst from 5 years.
• A confident user of Microsoft Excel.
• You have advanced level of knowledge of the MSSQL language.
• Able to work with large databases.
• Strong analytical skills.
