Our client is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company operating on the markets of Ukraine, EU, Asia and Africa. Specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality prescription (RX) and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs with an emphasis on cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and other areas.

Production is carried out at leading sites in Ukraine, the EU and India, which guarantees high efficiency and quality. The company's portfolio includes over 100 SKUs.

Role Mission: Build a unified company analytics and CRM ecosystem that provides all business functions with reliable, structured and visualized data. The goal is to transfer the company from reports in Excel to data-driven management.

Main tasks:

• Creating the architecture of the company's analytical system: integration of ERP, CRM, BI and other data sources.
• Development of a single KPI systems and dashboards for monitoring business performance.
• Implementation of Power BI and construction of visualizations in real time.
• Ensuring reliability, standardization and data protection (data governance).
• Formation of monthly Executive Analytics Report with key trends, risks and opportunities.
• Leadership in the creation and launch of the CRM system (requirements, platform selection, integration, user training).
• Participation in the creation of an ERP platform to automate operational processes.
• Formation of a data-based decision-making culture.
• Top management has a single interactive company control panel.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, business analytics, IT, mathematics or related).
• 5+ years of experience in the field of analytics / BI / data management.
• Experience implementing Power BI / CRM / ERP systems.
• Understanding data architecture and integrations.
• Experience in managing a team of analysts.
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL.
• English level Intermediate +
