We are actively developing, working with a large assortment, pricing and commercial analytics, so the role of analytics for us is strategic. We are currently looking for a Head of Analytics who is ready to take responsibility for business numbers, influence decisions and grow with the company!

Area of responsibility:

• Formation and control of prices, discounts, promotions, margins
• Sales analytics: plan/fact, customers, regions, managers
• Assortment analytics (ABC analysis, work with SKUs, novelties)
• Preparation of management analytics for the owner • Control of data correctness in 1C, Excel, BI-reports
• Management and development of a team of analysts
• Setting order, standards and logic in analytical processes

Who we are looking for

• Experience as an Analytics / Business Analytics / Pricing Manager
• Experience in B2B, distribution or product companies
• Systems thinking and the ability to see beyond the numbers business processes
• High level of responsibility and independence
• Ambition for professional growth
• Readiness for regular interaction with the owner and team
