What we entrust to you: Deep audit and system analytics of the use of existing reporting, identification of shortcomings and preparation of recommendations for their elimination. Construction of PowerBI dashboards. Analysis of commercial indicators. Application of internal and external benchmarks for evaluation and analysis.
