ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Head ofCustomer Success team, who will be responsible for improving the product experience for our customers This will include both analyzing the needs of customers in analytical products, understanding the specifics of their tasks, as well as communicating the capabilities of our product, conducting trainings. 400">Ability to explain technologically complex products and concepts in simple language

  • Experience in conducting trainings, speeches, presentations to online and offline audiences
  • Skills in creating interesting and customer-oriented presentations
  • Experience in automating the interaction process with clients
  • Ability to quickly understand new analytical tools
  • Proficiency in English at the B2 level, preferably fluent
  • Permanent residence in Kyiv
  • Responsibilities:

    • Conducting trainings on using the product for customers online and offline, preparing presentation materials
    • Analyzing customer needs in using analytical tools, collecting feedback on the product
    • Supporting customers in solving questions about the functioning of the product
    • Automating the process of interaction with customers
