Head of the advertising production department in EVA – liniya magaziniv

Do you know that behind every bright banner and sign there is a whole team of professionals? Eva is looking for a manager who not only understands how advertising works, but can implement it in the physical space of our stores. From the appearance of the stores to the POS materials, you will be the main person who ensures that everything is in place, properly designed and compliant with the law.

Your main tasks:

• Production of advertising media for stores: You don't create advertising, but you know how to translate the creative of the advertising department into a physical format. You control the production of outdoor advertising structures, monitor quality and compliance with standards.
• Design and legalization of advertising structures: you know all the requirements of legislation regarding advertising and facade design. You ensure that all advertising elements of our stores meet the standards and are agreed with the relevant authorities.
• Preparation of POS materials: you are responsible for the production and placement of materials at the points of sale - from stands to stands. You ensure that everything is manufactured according to standards and delivered to the stores on time.
• Opening, closing and rebranding of stores: participates in projects to open new stores, close them or update the appearance. You work with the architecture and design department to ensure that the stores are designed according to the brand concept.
• Communication and coordination: work with suppliers, the creative team and other contractors to bring advertising ideas to life, monitor compliance with budget and deadlines.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in the production of advertising materials (outdoor advertising, POS-materials) and work with facade decoration of stores.
• Sure knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine regarding advertising and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (required), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Communication skills and the ability to manage processes at all stages.
• Experience with budgets and knowledge of warehouse processes.
