- Successful project implementation experience;
- Understanding of network technologies, system administration, virtualization, software development processes, backup strategies;
- Systematic and organized, necessary to build processes within the unit;
- The level of English is intermediate and higher.

- Experience of working with vendors and local distributors (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo), organization of supply and selection of equipment for projects;
- Experience of organization of telecommunication networks;< /li>
- Experience of working with Task Management systems (JIRA);
- Communication, the ability to convey one's own opinion, the ability to collect and document requirements;
- Ability to formulate tasks for subordinates according to SMART criteria;
Responsibilities
- Collection of requirements, tasks , their clarification, evaluation and prioritization, planning of the sector's work according to priorities, preparation of reports on task performance;
- Analysis of available resources and risks — collection and formulation of proposals regarding their addressing;
- Modernization and maintenance of IT infrastructure in proper condition: servers, NAS, network equipment;
- Formation of purchase orders for equipment for projects / products;
- Formation of development programs for subordinates, and their control execution, involvement of the team to participate in seminars, trainings, certifications;
- Implementation of measures to ensure the company's information security, interaction with the information security sector.
