What we will entrust you with: 

• Organization and updating of the processes of pre-onboarding, onboarding and adaptation of personnel
• Control over the setting and execution of tasks for the adaptation period of new employees
• Organization of communication and monitoring of satisfaction of internal stakeholders
• Formation and updating of programs, training materials for new employees
• Responsibility for the formation and implementation of org. budget of the adaptation group
• Responsibility for interaction with colleagues and cross-functionally with partners / suppliers outside the team

• Able to independently organize and manage processes

• Know Word, Excel, Power Point at the level of a confident user (ability to build dashboards, create presentations)

• You know basic HR processes

• You have experience in successfully implementing adaptation processes in a large-scale organization
