Head of the accounting, taxation and reporting department in EBS

The EBS company is looking for aHead of the accounting, taxation and reporting department for its client, the Podorozhnyk pharmacy chain.

Functional responsibilities:

• Management of the Financial Accounting Department.
• Development, writing and implementation of Accounting Methodology, Company Policies and Procedures, support for the implementation of new business processes to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
• Organization and implementation of internal control over accounting, taxation of enterprises of the group of companies, including accounting and taxation of non-residents. Organization and implementation of control of accounting of settlements with employees.
• Control of ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial and tax reporting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and IFRS, including in the UA XBRL Taxonomy format.    Preparation of consolidated reporting and reporting of non-residents. Passing an external audit of IFRS reporting.
• Control and organization of transfer pricing report and documentation.
• Communication with external auditors, tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
• Organization and methodological support in drafting technical tasks for the automation of accounting and reporting in order to increase efficiency and optimize processes.
• Provision of professional development, personnel reserve and training of department employees

< strong>Requirements:

• Higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax legislation
• Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in accounting, taxation and financial reporting, of which at least 3 years in management positions.
• Experience of working with accounting and taxation of non-residents.
• Experience of working with ERP systems and analytical platforms (for example: 1C, SAP, MD, Excel, Power BI).
