Head of the accounting department in Netpeak Group

Due to expansion, Netpeak Core invites a self-motivated and experienced head of the accounting department to join its team. The candidate must be prepared to take on a key role in the accounting of a globally expanding group of companies. 

This position involves active participation in the creation and management of accounting systems, organization and automation of accounting processes, ensuring the maintenance of accounting records and compliance with international accounting standards. Professional knowledge and skills:

1. B2 level of English. or higher.
2. From 7 years of experience in large international companies.
3. Experience in leadership and team management.
4. Expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
5. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MD 365 Finance, Netsuite and similar ERP).
6. Experience with international financial rules and standards.
7. Ability to coordinate and manage reporting, payables and receivables, general ledger, investment and VAT accounting.
8. Experience in accounting automation.

1. Experience in Big4.
2. Availability of ACCA/ASA certificates .
3. Experience of working in managerial positions in the field of financial management.
4. Experience of submitting financial statements in various jurisdictions, optimizing the tax burden.

Functional duties:

1. Strategy development and implementation development of the accounting department to ensure high quality accounting processes and financial reporting.
2. Managing and coordinating the work of the accounting department, including planning and assigning tasks to the team.
< li>Control of compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and internal regulations of the company.
3. Optimization and autoautomation of accounting processes to improve the efficiency of the department.
4. Interaction with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance of reporting and processes with legal requirements.
5. < span style="font-weight: 400">Formation and implementation of the company's accounting policy, its implementation and performance monitoring.
6. Development and implementation of an internal control system to minimize financial risks.
7. Providing strategic recommendations to the company's management based on the analysis of financial statements and forecasting.
8. Coordination of the process of preparing and submitting financial statements in different jurisdictions, including tax optimization.
9. Consulting other departments on accounting and financial reporting.
