The tasks you will face:

• Evaluation of processes performed by account managers, search for possible options for improving the system;
• Assessment of team workload and ways to optimize team work;
• Working with the account team (ininvestigating the quality of customer service and implementing improvements in the quality of customer service)
• Developing team members and boosting morale; 
• Interaction with other divisions with which account managers communicate and search for work optimization;
• Creation training programs for new and existing account managers;

What is needed from you:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experiencein the creation of training programs;
• Competent oral and written communication;
• PC skills only at the level of an advanced user (Microsoft 365, Power Point, Exel);
• Flexibility in communication, stress resistance, multitasking;
