What you need to do: Develops and implements algorithms for calculating labor costs for key work centers according to the planned cargo turnover. and interested departments Develops business requirements for automating the calculation models of terminal and depot personnel, conducts their testing Ensures the calculation of the hourly load on terminal personnel taking into account all the main technological operations, the forecast of their volumes Accompanies the process of establishing individual norms and technological limitations of sorting divisions Analyzes the deviation of the number of terminal personnel from the target state . If necessary, initiates their elimination. Ensures the development of individual staff work schedules in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine and decisions approved by the Company. Determines excessive overloads on personnel. If necessary, initiates corrective actions to eliminate it. Analyzes actual labor productivity indicators of terminals and depots and their deviations from target values.
