Head of technology/Assistant system administrator in Developex

Developex is looking for a Technical Manager/Assistant System Administrator who will be able to assist us in maintaining the continuous, autonomous operation of the office, controlling the storage and use of equipment.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the basics of warehouse accounting and inventory;
• Ability to use a computer and programs for accounting and documentation;
• Experience in performing electrical installation work;
• Experience in maintenance and repair of equipment;
• Knowledge of rules and norms of labor protection, safety and fire protection;
• Speed ​​and efficiency;< /li>
• High level of responsibility and communication;
• Valid driver's license.

Will be an advantage:

• Previous experience in an IT company;
• Technical education.

Duties and scope of responsibility:

• Acceptance, inspection and transfer to the warehouse for storage of technical equipment and spare parts;
• Control over the storage and use of equipment in accordance with established rules and procedures;
• Preparation for issuing equipment and spare parts in accordance with applications and internal orders;
• Assisting storekeepers in conducting inventory and compiling reports on remaining equipment and spare parts;
• Tracking the service life and warranty service terms of equipment;
• Maintenance of documentation regarding the movement and use of equipment;
• Organize and carry out minor repairs and maintenance of electrical appliances, generator;
• Setting up workplaces in accordance with technical requirements; Maintenance of computer and office equipment;
• Consulting users on technical issues;
• Assisting system administrators;
• Searching for and purchasing equipment for the company;
