Operational management of business processes (facilities) at facilities in all regions; the Contractor's execution of requests received from the company's internal customer for the elimination of technical malfunctions and the fulfillment of requests within the specified contract period; Control of the use and write-off of consumables by the Contractor; Timely formation and submission of operational information to the management; Verification and approval of documents, timely submission of documents for payment. Successful the candidate meets the following requirements: Higher technical education in the field of construction or operation of infrastructure; Experience in the operation of buildings or in real estate management; Experience in personnel management in an administrative position; Sufficiently high level of knowledge in engineering and construction and repair works; Ability to work with a large amount of information and perform analytics; Confident user of Excel, Word, AutoCad, PowerPoint, Outlook.
