We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to work in a team on interesting projects in the field of telecommunications, who will be able to lead the team in the future. We are considering the office format of work. Option to work partially from home and partially in the office.

Responsibilities:

-Organization and planning of resources, coordination work of the department;

-Participation in the operational work of the team, support of existing clients, follow-up of appeals and completion of tasks, direct participation in work with the existing IT team, distribution and delegation of tasks;

- Implementation and support of the HelpDesk system;

-Monitoring the response time and distribution of tasks between support workers;

-Working with clients, regarding compliance with the regulations;

-Implementation and development of the first line of support, close cooperation with the second level of support;

-Team formation, distribution of responsibilities, construction of processes;

-Building a motivation system and development of the training process of young specialists.

-Experience in managing processes, setting tasks and planning work on projects;

-Experience in working with the Help Desk system, incident management, SLA compliance, problem solving and their control;

-Knowledge of the principles of operation of computer networks, knowledge of the Cisco network equipment line;

-Experience of working with HP and Dell server equipment;

-Experience of working with cloud technologies;

-Experience with IR telephony standards (will be a plus);

-Knowledge of the Linux operating system;

-Knowledge in the field of virtualization and databases:

-Implementation of certification and organization of procedures for PCI DIІ certification;

-Ability to learn quickly and desire to learn new technologies;

-Leadership qualities, communication, responsibility, stress resistance, personal approach and analytical thinking, result orientation.
