We expect the candidate to:

  • In-depth knowledge of connectivity and customer support, including hardware setup and configuration and software;
  • Experience in communication and support of partners in the integration process;
  • Skills in payment gateway management: Control the flow of payments, integration and management of payment gateways, ensuring seamless connectivity and seamless payment processing across regions and currencies;
  • Deep knowledge of payments, general understanding of key concepts: PSP, Payment Terminal, Acquiring Services, Chargebacks, VISA/MC .

Future tasks:

  • Support team management;
  • Connection and customer support;
  • Connection and interaction with service providers (acquires, providers);
  • li>Control of the flow of payments and reconciliation of balances;
  • Performance of tasks within the bill_line team;
  • Organization of the KZ process under keys.
