Main duties: Requirements: Higher engineering and construction education (preferred); Experience as a manager in the field of technical of building maintenance from 3 years The presence of successfully implemented projects (preferably from 2,000 m2) Experience in technical support of locations from 10,000 m2 (will be an advantage) The ability to draw up and defend commercial estimates, Experience in team management, the ability to clearly and succinctly set tasks, monitor their implementation Systematism, flexibility of thinking, analytical ability, high level of self-organization, excellent communication and leadership skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, reading drawings in AutoCAD, work in 1C (preferred) We offer: Freedom to make decisions and implement ideas.
