Technical project manager

We offer:

Main job functions:

• Organization of project work, regarding engineering services (operation of buildings);
• Management and organization of engineering works: reception and execution of applications;
• Interaction with the customer, communication and response to customer needs;
• Management of personnel, organization of execution of applications;
• Control of documentation (estimates, acts, technical documentation) signing acts of completed works, etc.

Basic requirements:

• Experience as an Engineer/Leading Engineer/Manager from 2 years;
• Experience in organizing repair work of internal engineering networks in buildings (operation);
• Experience in working with emergency requests;
• Experience in managing technical personnel;
• Communication, client orientation, work for results;
• Availability of a car - preferably, an experienced driver.
