Now we are looking for a Head of Tech department, who will strengthen the team by bringing new expertise and approaches to increase these results’ overall quality.

Requirements:

• deep knowledge of the media buying industry and experience in managing projects in the arbitrage industry;

• understanding of the technical aspects of working with traffic channels;

• strong understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and programming;

• deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices;

• experience working with cloaking and setting different flows;

• experience working with API and integrations;

• experience working with click-fraud detection etc.

Soft Skills:

• excellent communication skills, the ability to set up teamwork in the development team, and effective collaboration with other departments;

• analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and metrics.

Responsibilities:

• leading a technical department of a media buying agency;

• developing a failure-tolerant and safe infrastructure;

• developing and integrating the in-house services;

• implementing and developing anti/click-fraud systems and traffic analytics;

• developing risk mitigation plans for potential fraud detection/cyber;

• generate analytical reports for internal use;

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate click-fraud activities;

• automating landing pages (f.ex.: ranging based on conversation and results etc.);

• establishing and optimizing the development process with the company;

• implementing best development practices.
