We are looking for a Head of Talent Management to join our team to implement strategic initiatives and improve existing Talent Management practices. Our team consists of 13 people (HRBP, Recruitment, Employer Brand areas). The HR Director acts as the direct supervisor of the Head of Talent Management.

Key tasks:

Management of the HR Business Partners/People Partners team (setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, people management: regular 1-1, performance review, salary review, team motivation, competence development)
Construction and support of onboarding, adaptation, motivation, retention and offboarding processes
Continuous audit of processes and their improvement in accordance with the needs of the company
Management of risk management of the company's personnel, work with data, hypotheses regarding potential risks and proposals for their resolution
< b>• Analysis of the company's current HR metrics and management of Talent process analytics (turnover, retention, risk management, performance): preparation of requirements for analytics, creation of dashboards, suggestions for improvements based on data
• < /b> HRD assistance in the formation of the company's management development strategy
Participation in the development of the Learning & Development (L&D) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies
• < /b> Cooperation with Heads of Unit/Department, recommendations and support in matters related to teams

Required skills and experience:

• < /b> Previous experience in HR Management from 4 years, incl. experience of building HR processes from 0
Management experience, team management
Experience of working with HRIS systems for data management, optimization of HR processes
Ability to analyze complex amounts of data, draw actionable conclusions, identify trends and make decisions based on them to improve HR strategies and processes
Understanding business operations, financial indicators and industry trends to provide strategic HR support
High level of adaptability, ability to work independently and make decisions
Excellent strategic and systemic thinking, risk management skills and initiative

Will be a plus:

Experience in developing, organizing and conducting trainings < br/> P&L management experience
Team budgeting experience
C&B setup experience (Compensation & Benefits) programs
