Head of Talent Acquisition (Gambling) in PRO Gaming Software

Due to rapid development, we invite to the team a Head of Recruitment, who will help us make the recruiting process is even more effective!

Experience requirements:

• Head of Recruitment experience – 1 + year

• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools

• Analytical skills and the ability to conduct audits and analyze data

• Communication and organizational skills

• Ability to provide feedback and train other team members

• Ability to be effective in conditions of dynamics and rapid development of the company

Responsibilities:

• Management and control of team recruitment

• Control of the implementation of the recruitment plan

• Quality control of the hiring process: Carrying out constant monitoring and analysis of all stages of hiring, including creating vacancies, searching for candidates, interviewing, evaluating competencies and making hiring decisions.

• Auditing hiring processes: Conducting audits, assessment of compliance with hiring standards and development of recommendations to improve the efficiency of the process.

• Assessment of candidate quality: Analysis and assessment of professional qualities and skills of candidates, including review of resumes, conducting interviews and analysis of test tasks.

• Monitoring and analysis of recruiting metrics

• Onboarding and team training

• Enhancing the competence of the recruiting team together with the QC department

• Providing the team with information/materials /resources for work
