Head of System Administrator in ViyarTech

ViyarTech is a place where IT innovation meets real production. 
We are a product IT company in the ecosystem of Viyar, the leader of the Ukrainian market for the production of furniture parts.  Every line of our code directly affects the production lines. 

We are looking for a manager of the first line of technical support. The team has more than 10 subordinate specialists. Viyar Technical Support serves more than 4,000 internal customers. We have a fleet of equipment with a nominal value of more than 35,000 units. Our branches are located in 17 cities of Ukraine and Poland. The main goal of a technical support manager is to support, improve and create new processes. 

Needed expertise:

• Experience in a similar position for 5+ years;
• Experience in managing a team of 10+ people;
• Ability to manage a team and allocate time/responsibilities;
• Ability to analyze problems and quickly solve them;
• Experience with: Jira (or other Service Desk), AD, Windows administration;

Hiring process:

• Interview with our recruiter (online, approx. 30 min)
• Technical interview (offline, approx. 1 h)
• Final interview with CIO (offline/online, approx. 30 min)
