We are looking for a manager of the first line of technical support. The team has more than 10 subordinate specialists. Viyar Technical Support serves more than 4,000 internal customers. We have a fleet of equipment with a nominal value of more than 35,000 units. Our branches are located in 17 cities of Ukraine and Poland. The main goal of a technical support manager is to support, improve and create new processes.
We are part of the ecosystem of a manufacturing company and work in the office. Our address: 16 Vaclav Havel Boulevard
Your tasks:
- Manage the technical support team;
- Maintain, improve and create the technical support process;
- Ensure continuous operation of the first line of support (Service Desk);
- Control of SLA compliance;
- Formation and compliance with scheduled maintenance office equipment;
- Implementing and keeping the knowledge base up-to-date;
- Forming reports on the main indicators of the work of the technical support team;
- Forming the schedule of rotations and business trips of a team of 10+ people;
- Coordinating the work of regional system administrators;
Experience required:
- Experience in a similar position 5+ years;
- Experience managing a team of 10+ people;
- Ability to manage a team and allocate time/responsibilities;
- Ability to analyze problems and solve them quickly;
- Experience with: Jira (or other Service Desk), AD, Windows administration;
Hiring process:
