Department management: Operational and strategic management ofthe Support/Account department. Organization ofwork, including planning, monitoring task completion and resource allocation. Setting goals and objectives for department employees and monitoring their implementation. Analysis and optimization ofdepartment work processes toincrease efficiency and reduce costs. Maintaining daily/monthly/quarterly/reporting, CRM, Google docs. 2. Personnel management: Selection, training, motivation and performance evaluation ofdepartment employees. 3. Customer support: Provide ahigh level ofcustomer service inaccordance with Natural Links established quality standards. Solving complex customer issues and problems that require the intervention ofthe department head. Organizing customer feedback tocontinuously improve the quality ofservices. 4. Cooperation with other departments: Ensuring effective interaction between the Support/Account department and other departments, such asBizDev, SEO, etc. Providing necessary information and support tosolve problems ofother departments.
