The purpose of the role: To ensure the efficient, uninterrupted and economically optimal functioning of the company's entire supply chain — from planning needs and purchases to warehouse logistics, production support and shipment of finished products. Formulate and implement a strategic supply chain policy aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving service for internal and external customers. logistics, engineering or related fields).

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Supply Chain Management
- Development and implementation of a supply chain strategy in accordance with the company's business objectives.
- Management of the entire SCM operating model: planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory management, distribution.
- Analysis and improvement of key processes (S&OP, MRP, DRP etc.).
2. Planning and procurement
- Managing the process of demand forecasting and sales/production planning.
- Determining purchasing policy and parameters: MOQ, LT, continuity of supply, contract terms.
- Working with key suppliers, developing the supply base, evaluating performance.

- Ensuring the supply of materials for production and R&D in accordance with the purchasing policy and requests. 3. Inventory management
- Formation of an inventory strategy and maintenance of their optimal level (components, consumables, finished products).
- Launch of data accuracy control mechanisms, inventories, cycle counting.
- Reduction of excess inventory and increase in circulation.
4. Warehouse logistics and internal logistics
- Organization of the company's warehouses: reception, storage, assembly, shipment.
- Implementation of safety standards, address storage, optimal movement routes.
- Responsibility for WMS systems and integration of processes with ERP.
5. External logistics and delivery
- Management of transportation of materials and finished products (domestic and international transportation).
- Optimization of logistics costs, selection and control of carriers.
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, customs procedures, documentary support.
6. Team management and development
- SCM team management: procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse.
- Staff development, structure formation, KPI and motivation system.
- Implementation of process and continuous improvement culture (Lean, Kaizen).
7. Analytics and reporting
- Definition and control of KPIs: OTIF, inventory accuracy, stock turnover, service level, costs.
- Preparation of regular management reports for management.
- Supply chain risk analysis and development of scenario plans.
