It will be a new business unit focused on incubating and launching innovative ventures. 

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced leader in startups and investment funds, adept at scaling companies with serious startup street cred, a knack for seeing into the future, and a knack for bringing people together.

They’d need to be a strategic wizard, always thinking ahead and spotting the next big thing in tech. 

Connections? They’ve got ’em in spades. Think a Rolodex packed with top-notch techies, investors, and potential partners—all ready to help the startups in the fund reach new heights.

Communication skills? Check. They can charm the pants off anyone—from entrepreneurs to investors to the media—with their killer charisma and straight talk.

What do you need to do?

As Head of Startup Fund, you will oversee the new business/product ideas: testing, strategic planning, operations, and growth. This involves evaluating and selecting promising concepts, coordinating testing and development phases, devising strategic plans to position the product or business in the market effectively, optimizing operational processes for efficiency, and driving sustainable growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.

Develop and implement growth strategies for the fund's startup portfolio, leveraging emerging tech trends and investment opportunities. Lead and support a capable team to execute strategic plans, ensuring financial stability and effective stakeholder communication. 

In short - making the business turnkey.

Questions and Answers:

• Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?
  Yes, there is a three-month probation period.
• What is the expected work schedule?
  Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.

• How many vacation and sick days are provided? 

  Annual paid vacation – 21 working days; Paid confirmed sick leave; 6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.

What social package and benefits are offered? 

• English courses (up to 80 USD/month after successful completion of the probation period)
• Compensation for the cost of a subscription sports center (up to 80 USD/month after successful completion of the probation period)
• Medical insurance (50% after successful completion of the probation period) or $200 a year for health care
