Head of spare parts warehouse, purchasing specialist in Bimbo QSR Ukraine

An international bakery production enterprise "Bimbo QSR Ukraine"(" Bimbo Kuyesar Ukraine"). We work for "McDonald's" restaurants, "ATB", "METRO" supermarket chains, etc. Our company was founded in 2000 and has no analogues in Ukraine.

Requirements for the candidate

• experienced PC user (office package: Word, Excel);
• experience with production equipment and spare parts.

• experience of working in a similar position and with primary accounting documents;
• experience of working in the SAP accounting system.

Responsibilities

• purchasing equipment and spare parts for mechanical service;
• taking inventory and coordinating the work of the warehouse;
• receiving, storing, accounting and issuing spare parts, equipment and tools;
• search and evaluation of suppliers;
• conducting tenders and negotiations with suppliers;
• concluding contracts with suppliers;
• receiving and processing of primary documentation for goods and services from suppliers and entering it into the SAP accounting system.

Terms

• work schedule: 40-hour work week, standard five-day workday with a flexible start of the working day (8:00 - 10:00, on request).
• comfortable living conditions;
• minimum duration of annual paid leave is 28 days.
