As Head of Software Development for Tesco, you will have overall engineering accountability for the solutions the teams build and run. You’ll manage an engineering organization of approximately 40 people . You’ll have Software Development Managers and senior engineers reporting to you. You will manage teams in India at the beginning, and after some time teams in Poland.
Qualifications
Experience relevant for this job:
- Previous experience working in and across software engineering teams with engineering management responsibilities and experience of managing managers.
- Significant experience in building and operating complex web and mobile applications at scale
- Experience delivering applications across the whole SDLC while maintating relevant quatilty assurance processes and standards
