Responsibility for this position will include selecting, mobilizing and developing the team, leading and integrating employees and celebrating successes. The person in this position ensures compliance with employment procedures and legality of contracts. An important element of the work will be ensuring the high quality of the solutions provided, their safety, as well as constantly increasing the competence and effectiveness of the team.
