What we expect from you:

• Higher education in psychology, medicine, education or related fields, or business administration
• Experience in managing educational programs and training organization in the field of health care or education from 3-5 years
• Experience in budgeting and financial management, including the ability to create and manage budgets, analyze financial data and make strategic financial decisions
• Experience in business development, including the ability to develop and implement growth strategies, analyze markets and the competitive landscape, and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Ability to manage a team and make effective management decisions.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at the level of correspondence, communication and public presentations
• Relocation to Lviv

• Cooperation with state bodies, public organizations and business structures to ensure the successful implementation of programs;
• Management of team work;
• Building a strategy for the development of social reintegration;
• Development and management of the budget of the social reintegration department and all projects within our activities;
• Coordination and interaction with other departments of the center;
• Ensuring professional development and support of team members.
