Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;
• Experience in business management projects from 3 years (management of social projects or the development sector will be an advantage); PMBoK;
• English is mandatory (from B2)
• International networking with a focus on Europe in the humanitarian, diplomatic and academic environment,
• Fluency in Microsoft products : Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
• Experience in managing subordinate employees;
• Willingness to work with a large volume of data and multitasking;
• Ability to propose solutions ;
• Ability to independently determine priorities;
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty;
• Good communication skills;
• High level of self-organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Project management

1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective management of the pool of approved projects and ensuring progress, adhering to the logical structure, budget, implementation plans of the pool of projects; , implementation, monitoring and review of project implementation progress and results.

• Implementation and development of the project
1. Contributes to the development of project ideas and concepts; 
2. Forms a project team;
3. Performs operational tasks of planning, implementation, monitoring and reviewing the progress of project implementation and results;
4. Develops and agrees project initiatives and proposals with By the Supervisory Board.
• Monitoring and evaluation
1. Forms the budget projects;
2. Performs regular control of budget expenditures; 
3. Monitors and regularly updates project indicators;
4. Develops the necessary monitoring tools and control of their use.
• Coordination, information and communication
1. Interaction with the procurement team, lawyers, financiers, accounting within the framework of project implementation; 
2. Interaction with counterparties (negotiations, conclusion of contracts);
3. Preparation of information for external communications;
4. Maintenance of accompanying documentation and reporting.
