We are looking for an original and experienced specialist who wants to scale and develop with us. 

What needs to be done:

• Development of long-term ROMB SMM strategy;
• Planning and achievement KPI (reach, views, subscribers) for each platform, promotion of the brand and individual formats/videos, work with partners;
• Strategy implementation, analysis of intermediate results and, if necessary, strategy adjustments;
• Development and implementation of advertising campaigns (from design to implementation and analysis of results);
• Advertising budget management;
• Team management;
• Development and updating of guidelines on various platforms ;
• Participation in the development of new editorial formats (from idea generation to testing and formalization of technical requirements for various SMM platforms);

• Preparation of monthly reports - metrics and a written report with analysis results.

   

What we expect from you:
 

• Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or at least 3 years in SMM; 
• It is ideal if you have been involved in social networks of other media or you have a media background;
• Be aware of current trends: changing requirements on platforms, emergence of new platforms, new successful formats;

• Activate, leadership and independence; 
• English language - Intermediate.
