We are focused on the US market with unlimited growth opportunities. We are looking for an original and experienced professional who wants to scale and grow with us. What needs to be done: Development of a long-term ROMB SMM strategy; Planning and achievement of KPIs (reach, views, subscribers) on each platform, brand promotion and individual formats/videos, working with partners; Strategy implementation, analysis of intermediate results and, if necessary, strategy adjustments; Development and implementation of advertising campaigns (from design to implementation and analysis of results); Management of advertising budget; Team management; Development and updating of guidelines on various platforms; Participation in the development of new editorial formats (from idea generation to testing and formalization of technical requirements for various SMM platforms); Participation in the development of new editorial formats (from idea generation to testing and formalization of technical requirements for various SMM platforms); Preparation of monthly reports - metrics and a written report with an analysis of the results. What we expect from you: Mandatory experience in the development of personal brand pages; Experience work from 2 years in a similar position or from 3 years in SMM; It is ideal if you have been involved in social networks of other media or you have a media background; Be aware of current trends: changing requirements on platforms, the emergence of new platforms, new successful formats; Activate, leadership and independence; English - Intermediate.
