I am currently looking for a Head of SMM & Influence marketing - a person who will lead the development of social networks and influence marketing for bodo.ua.

bodo is a platform that has been filling people's lives with new experiences for more than 15 years. Today, we help more than 100,000 customers give a cool gift a year.

We started by making gifts memorable, and now we want to become a leisure booking and help people easily fill their lives with new experiences - from family weekends and romantic dates to celebrations, friendly adventures, team stories, travel and moments for yourself.

Now it is critical for us to "turn on the maximum" TikTok, Reels, Instagram, YouTube, as well as start work with bloggers and opinion leaders. This should drive a significant portion of the growth in gift impressions and personal impressions.

So I've prepared a very detailed description so that our person can really identify with the role.

  1. Salary: fixed rate UAH 70,000, quarterly UAH 10,000 * 3 and annual UAH 5,000 * 12 bonuses.

  • Change the perception of bodo: instead of bodo, it is a gift when I don't know what to give, shows the person that I didn't strain, no one uses, uninteresting impressions, more expensive than directly, it's difficult to book a service - on bodo shows the importance of a person to me, helps to build and maintain relationships, helps to say "I appreciate you" through actions, instead of words, creates an emotional connection between people, fills life with memorable moments, turns an ordinary day into a special one.
  • Make social networks & influence one of the top?3 channels for attracting new bodo customers in Ukraine.
  • Create a new category "impressions for yourself" and bring sales of impressions for yourself to the level of sales of impressions as a gift.
  • Form and protect SMM? and influence? strategy (together with the budget) for “impressions as a gift” and “impressions for yourself”.
  • Gather a team (partly in-house, partly - contractors).
  • Build a pipeline of work with creators and influencers — from microbloggers to top ambassadors, with transparent conditions, templates and clear economics.
  • Attract several influencers as ambassadors.

  • You have experience in management and development teams.
  • You follow Ukrainian and global brands that make cool content on social networks.
  • You like to learn: courses, case studies are your norm, not a one-time activity.
  • You can come up with an idea and write a script yourself.
  • You write cool texts in Ukrainian.
