Head of SMM (SMM - specialist) in Multioptic

Hello, we are a multi-brand online eyewear retailer and we are currently looking for a Head of SMM.

Areas of responsibility:

• Development and implementation of the SMM-strategy of the brand.

• Management of social networks: Instagram, Telegram (in the future implementation of TikTok, Threads, and others).

• Generation of ideas, participation in content creation and execution control.

• Construction of sales funnels.

• Management / interaction with the team and contractors.

• Interaction with the targetologist.

• Setting tasks, time and quality control.

• Analytics, optimization and scaling of results.

Requirements:

• Experience of Head of SMM or similar - from 2 years.

• Team management experience.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.

• Understanding of e-commerce and sales funnel.

• Strategic thinking.

• Experience in fashion retail / accessories will be a plus.

• Salary: UAH 40,000-60,000/month (fixed rate + bonus for performance of planned indicators).
