That is why we are looking for a Head of SMM for the TyKyiv project. You are our ideal candidate if: You are able to develop and implement SMM strategies, determine the target audience and key performance indicators. You are able to create attractive and meaningful content for various social networks. You have expertise in working with advertising campaigns in social networks and audience targeting You follow trends and innovations in the field of SMM and are ready to implement them You have experience in interaction with bloggers, opinion leaders and other influential personalities You know tools for analyzing competitors and tracking trends in the field of SMM You will face the following tasks: Creation and development of an SMM department with with a focus on the digital marketing function Development and implementation of a development strategy Creation of a unique style of communication and presence in SMM of the TyKyiv brand Organization and control of the work of the department — the entire cycle of promotion in Instagram, FB (media plan, branch, stories, reels, comments, direct, copywriting, content creation, creatives, moderation, targeting, work with bloggers and opinion leaders, food photos and videos) Coordination of work with the digital department and the channel editors Monitoring the work of contractors Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns in social networks: tracking interaction indicators, audience reaction, subscriber growth etc. Analysis of market trends and innovations in the field of SMM and their implementation in the work of the department. Construction of a system of analysis and regular reporting (metrics, KPI, promotion results in digital channels) and ensuring timely implementation.
