As the Head of SMB|Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the growth and development of our company's SMB|Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to drive revenue, expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to achieve ambitious business objectives.What will you do:Act as the primary commercial contact for new corporate clients and establish a productive, professional relationship with them;Proactively contact prospective corporate clients about any new commercial products/functions;Drive monthly sales targets for the department;Negotiate and sign contracts with corporate clients;Lead, and motivate a high-performing SMB|Enterprise Sales team (Sales and Account Managers).Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.Cultivate strong relationships with SMB|Enterprise customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments.What do we need:A minimum of 3 years sales experience in omnichannel products/ communication solutions (SMS, Voice, Email, OTT messaging apps);Proven track record of successful leadership and growth within the SMB|Enterprise;Strong understanding of SMB|Enterprise market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends;Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels;Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to drive decision-making;Previous experience in team management and development;Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets;Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;Native speaker + English is a MUST!What do we offer:Remote work;Competitive salary;Attending industry events, forums, etc;Holidays, vacation, sick leaves - according to the local legislation;Opportunities to grow;Friendly young team.Please, send your CV to
