We are looking for Head of SMB|Enterprise Sales Department ! As the Head of SMB|Enterpris e , you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the growth and development of our company’s SMB|Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to drive revenue, expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to achieve ambitious business objectives.
What will you do:
- Act as the primary commercial contact for new corporate clients and establish a productive, professional relationship with them;
- Proactively contact prospective corporate clients about any new commercial products/functions;
- Drive monthly sales targets for the department;
- Negotiate and sign contracts with corporate clients;
- Lead, and motivate a high-performing SMB|Enterprise Sales team (Sales and Account Managers).
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Cultivate strong relationships with SMB|Enterprise customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments.
What do we need:
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience in IT/ Saas or omnichannel products/ communication solutions (SMS, Voice, Email, OTT messaging apps);
- Proven track record of successful leadership and growth within the SMB|Enterprise;
- Strong understanding of SMB|Enterprise market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends;
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels;
- Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to drive decision-making;
- Previous experience in team management and development;
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets;
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Good command of English.
