This role requires acombination ofstrategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution toachieve ambitious business objectives. What will youdo: Act asthe primary commercial contact for new corporate clients and establish aproductive, professional relationship with them; Proactively contact prospective corporate clients about any new commercial products/functions; Drive monthly sales targets for the department; Negotiate and sign contracts with corporate clients; Lead, and motivate ahigh-performing SMB|Enterprise Sales team (Sales and Account Managers). Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities toteam members. Cultivate strong relationships with SMB|Enterprise customers tounderstand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toaddress customer concerns, resolve issues, and deliver oncommitments. What doweneed: Aminimum of3years sales experience inomnichannel products/ communication solutions (SMS, Voice, Email, OTT messaging apps); Proven track record ofsuccessful leadership and growth within the SMB|Enterprise; Strong understanding ofSMB|Enterprise market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends; Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability tobuild and maintain relationships atall levels; Proficiency inutilizing data and analytics todrive decision-making; Previous experience inteam management and development; Results-oriented mindset with ademonstrated ability tomeet and exceed targets; Adaptability and flexibility tothrive inafast-paced and dynamic environment; Native speaker + English isaMUST!
